Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinicopathologic feature and metastasis mechanism of clear-cell RCC metastasis to adrenocortical adenoma. Methods:The clinical, histopathological and immunohistochemical features of one cases of clear-cell RCC metastasis to adrenocortical adenoma were analyzed and the literatures were reviewed. Results:A male patient, 63 years old, right hypochondrium discomfort for half a month. Pathological examination showed that right clear-cell RCC, solitary renal cyst, right adrenocortical adenoma, clear-cell RCC metastasis to adrenocortical adenoma, 3 mm in diameter. Conclusion:It is a rare phenomenon that clear-cell RCC metastasis to adrenocortical adenoma.关键词
