九味镇心颗粒和帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症伴发焦虑的临床观察OACSTPCD
Clinical Effect of Paroxetine and Jiuweizhenxin Granulas in the Treatment of Schizophrenia with Anxiety Symptom
目的：评价九味镇心颗粒与小剂量帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症伴发焦虑（心脾两虚证）的临床疗效。方法：选择服用非典型抗精神病药物治疗的伴焦虑的精神分裂症患者77例，随机分为九味镇心颗粒组（A 组）38例和帕罗西汀组（B 组）39例。A 组给予九味镇心颗粒，B 组给予帕罗西汀，均治疗6周。比较2组疗效及药物不良反应。结果：2组间治疗1、2、4、6周末的 HAMA 总分差异无统计学意义（＞0.05）；2组显效率及有效率差异均无统计学意义（＞0.05）；阳性与阴…查看全部>>
ObjectiveTo assess the efficacy of Jiuweizhenxin granulas in the treatment of Schizophrenia with anxiety symptom. Methods: Seventy-seven schizophrenic patients with anxiety symptoms (heart and spleen deficiency type) were recruited and were randomly divided into two groups: Jiuweizhenxin granulas, and paroxetin groups (Goups A and B respectively).
