Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression of miR-125b in human glioma samples. Methods: Twenty patients with different malignant degrees of gliomas were selected as gliomas group (5 cases in gradesⅠ- Ⅳ). Five patients with cerebral trauma decompression surgery were enrolled as normal controls. The expression of miR-125b in glioma samples and normal brain samples was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results: The expression levels of miR-125b in the normal control group was (0.28±0.12), and the expression levels of miR-125b in different grades (I、II、III、IV) of gliomas group were (0.43±0.07), (0.69±0.08), (0.90±0.05), (1.12±0.04) respectively. The expression levels of miR-125b were statistically different between the 2 groups (P<0.05). The pathological grade of the tumor pathology was associated negatively with the survival time in patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: The abnor-mal expreesion of miR-125b is probably correlated to the progress and development of glioma.关键词
