一步法合成十二烷基葡萄糖苷反应过程研究
Study on the Process of Alkyl Polyglucoside Synthesis Using One-Step Method

Abstract
Alkyl polyglucosides based on renewable lauryl alcohol and glucose were synthesized using one-step method. A physical model was established to illustrate the reaction process based on the study of reaction conversion and reaction selectivity under different conditions such as catalyst system, catalyst concentration, temperature, ratio of alcohol to glucose and so on. Experiment results showed that the reaction consisted of main reaction which generates alkyl polyglucosides and side reaction which generates polysaccharide. The main reaction follows a mechanism for liquids. The homogeneous reaction took place between laury alcohol and glucose in the liquid phase after the dissolution of glucose in lauryl alcohol. The reaction between carbenium ion and lauryl alcohol was the control step. In the reaction system, a part of solid glucose was in diatexis state, which could catch catalyst molecule from liquid phase. This side reaction led to the generation of polysaccharide, which is by-product. Experiment results of different reaction conditions showed that this reaction mechanism can successfully describe the reaction process. This study provided theoretical foundation for the study of reaction kinetics for alkyl polyglucoside synthesis.关键词
