2-甲基-4-氨基-6-硝基间苯二酚盐酸盐的合成研究
Synthesis of 4-Amino-2-Methyl-6-Nitroresorcinol Hydrochloride

Abstract
A new synthetic process of 4-amino-2-methyl-6-nitroresorcinol (2-MANR.HCl) as the key intermediate of polymethylbenzoxazole (MPBO) was studied. 2-Methyl-resorcinol (2-MR) was used as a raw material. A mathematical model for studying yield and influencing factors of above synthetic process was established via secondary orthogonal regression and variance analysis, and optimal conditions for 2-MANR⋅HCl preparation were obtained. The results show that 2-MDNR synthesis with 92.15% yield and 99.92% purity can be obtained under the optimized condition, and the yield and purity of 2-MANR.HCl are 73.71% and 98.71%, respectively. The structure of 2-MDNR and 2-MANR.HCl was confirmed by IR, NMR, and MS. 2-MANR.HCl is a new compound and its synthesis method is not reported in the literature.关键词
