瑶药白背清风藤的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Sabia discolor Dunn
摘要
Abstract
Objective]The chemical constituents of Sabia discolor Dunn were investigated.[Methods]Column chromatography,such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds.Spectroscopic methods like MS,1 H NMR and 13 C NMR and physical constants were used to elucidate their structures.[Results]Eight com-pounds were isolated from 95%ethanol extracts ofSabiadiscolorDunn ,including betulin (1), oleanolic acid (2),imberic acid (3),quercetin (4),rutin (5),fuseine (6),β-sitosterol (7),β-daucosterol (8).[Conclusion]All of the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.关键词
