摘要

Abstract

The content of C, N, P and K from leaves and roots of 2-year-old Camellia oleifera cutting seedling was measured under different water conditions ( soil moisture content were from 28% to 31%, from 15% to 18%, and from 9% to 12%) and nitrogen conditions (0, 0. 375, 0. 750 g per seedling) by physiological and biochemical tests. Results showed that it was better for C, N, P and K accumulation under soil water stress condition to apply high nitrogen (0. 750 g per seedling) . Low and high nitrogen application made for C and N accumulation of leaves, but had no effect on P and K accumulation under light water stress. Low and high nitrogen application made for N, P and K accumulation of leaves, but had no effect on C accumulation under serious water stress. High nitrogen application made for C, N, P and K accumulation of roots, but only N accumulation with low nitrogen application under light water stress. Nitrogen application made for N accumulation of roots, but had no effect on C, P and K accumu-lation under serious water stress.
