Abstract
Analysis was made on the problems of Daling River Basin such as serious shortage of water resources , deteriorating water environment,fragile ecological environment,imperfect flood protection system,weak control and administration. Control and protective measures were put forward including division of closure areas ,returning farmlands to river,planting of ecological forest,construction of artificial wetlands with rubber dams or river sub-merged dams,dredging of river course etc.关键词
