Abstract
An introduction was made on the general situation of Tuoying Reservoir and its irrigation zone as well as the basic principles of water resources allocation . The authors analyze the results of water balance calculation con-ducted for two alternatives with or without Tuoying Reservoir respectively,and conclude that Tuoying Reservoir is the key and leading water source project for regional water resources allocation.关键词
