摘要
Abstract
Hejiang Reservoir is to be constructed in Binyang County and on the upper reach of Hejiang River to re-tain flood, and its surplus water will be transferred into the constructed Qingping Reservoir by delivery works, so as to increase the water storage of Qingping Reservoir, alleviate local water shortage problem, improve the production, living and ecological conditions of the downstream areas of Hejiang River basin. By rational water resources alloca-tion, water rights were allocated between Binyang County and Wuming County, which ensure joint sustainable devel-opment of Binyang county seat with water inflow and Luobo Town of Wuming County with water outflow.关键词
