摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate and study the water resources carrying capacity of Beihai City ,based on analysis of the major influencing factors,the evaluation model was established by use of variable fuzzy set theory,and analytic hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weights of relevant indexes. The results demonstrate that water re⁃sources carrying capacity of Beihai City met the demands of development and had a general trend of getting better year by year during the period of 2004~2012. The construction of water-saving society in Beihai City has made sig⁃nificant achievements,laying a solid foundation for sustainable economic and social development in the future.关键词
