RSK4蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达及意义
EXPRESSION AND CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF RSK4 PROTEIN IN PRI-MARY PANCREATIC CARCINOMA TISSUES

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and its clinicopathological and prognostic significance of ribosomal S6 protein kinase4(RSK4)protein in human primary pancreatic carcinoma (PC).Methods:Immu-nohistochemical (IHC)staining was performed to detect the expression of RSK4 protein in fifty cases of PC and thirty cases of adj acent non-neoplastic pancreatic tissues.The relationship between RSK4 protein level and clinicopathological parameters of PC were analyzed by Chi-square test and Spearman’s rank correla-tion.Kaplan-Meier univariate analysis and multivariate COX proportional hazards models were used to compare prognostic factors.Results:The relative expression level of RSK4 protein in PC was significantly lower than adjacent non-neoplastic pancreatic tissues (P <0.05).The expression of RSK4 protein in PC was reversely related to CA19-9 (r=-0.288,P <0.05),however no statistically significant correlation was found between RSK4 protein expression and other clinicopathological parameters and overall survival (P>0.05).The expressions of tumor differentiation and TNM clinical stage were independent prognostic factors of PC.Conclusion:The down-regulation expression of RSK4 protein in PC reminder RSK4 may play a role in the development of PC.关键词
