中国商环在成年男性包皮环切术中的应用效果观察
Effect of Chinese Shang Ring Applied to Circumcision in Male Adults
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chinese Shang Ring applied to circumcision in male adults.Methods A total of 1100 adults with phimosis or redundant prepuce underwent circumcision with Chinese Shang Ring.The clinical data were assessed concerning the duration of procedure ,postoperative hemorrhage ,edema, dehiscence of wound ,postoperative pain score and wound healing time .Results The circumcisions were performed successfully in 1085 of 1100 patients.The duration of procedure was (5.0 ±1.0)minutes.The blood loss was less than 5 ml.There were 868 cases of mild edema,196 cases of moderate edema and 21 cases of severe edema after operation . There were 213 cases of none of dehiscence ,658 cases of mild dehiscence ,167 cases of moderate dehiscence and 47 cases of severe dehiscence after operation .The pain score was ( 3 .1 ±1 .8 ) 24 hours after operation , which was (7.8 ±1.9) when removing the ring,the latter was significantly larger than the former (P<0.05).The wound healing time was (25.6 ±4.8) days.Conclusion The circumcision with Chinese Shang Ring is easy and simple in performance ,with less operative time and blood loss ,more significant pain of removing the ring ,higher incidences of postoperative edema and dehiscence of wound,and longer wound healing time.关键词
