广西壮族哮喘患者 ADAM33基因多态性与肺功能及哮喘病情的相关性研究
Association of ADAM33 Gene Polymorphisms with Lung Function and Asthma Severity in Guangxi Zhuang Population with Asthma

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 33 ( ADAM33 ) gene polymorphisms with lung function and asthma severity in Guangxi Zhuang population with asthma .Methods Lung function tests were conducted and asthma severity was classified in 87 asthmatic patients .Genotypes were determined by polymerase chain restriction fragment length polymorphism ( PCR-RFLP) .To analyze the distributions of genotype CC,genotype CG at locus S2 and genotype GG,genotype AG at locus T2 as well as the correlation of the distributions with lung function indexes ( FEV1%, FVC%) and asthma severity .Results The S2 genotype distribution correlated with lung function indexes (FEV1%,FVC%),the lung function of patients with heterozygous genotype CG was better than that of patients with wild-type genotype CC(P<0.05).The T2 genotype distribution didn′t correlate with FEV1%and FVC%(P>0.05).Both S2 and T2 polymorphisms didn′t correlate with asthma severity (P>0.05).Conclusion ADAM33 gene polymorphism is associated with lung function in Guangxi Zhuang population with asthma ,C→G mutation at locus S2 may have a protective effect on lung function in Guangxi Zhuang population with asthma .However , the polymorphism of ADAM33 gene is not associate with asthma severity .关键词
