经乳晕入路腔镜与开放甲状腺切除术治疗良性甲状腺病变的对比分析
A Comparison of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy via Mammary Areola Approach versus Open Thyroidectomy for Treatment of Benign Thyroid Tumor

Abstract
Objective To compare the feasibility and operation result of endoscopic thyroidectomy via mammary areola approach versus open thyroidectomy for treatment of benign thyroid tumor .Methods Eighty patients with benign thyroid tumor were divided into two groups according to the operation method .Forty cases in the endoscope group received endoscopic thyroidectomy via mammary areola approach , and forty cases in the open operation group received traditional open thyoidectomy .Results Both groups succeeded in the operation .Compared with the open operation group,the endoscope group showed less bleeding during operation ,less drainage and shorter hospital stay after operation(P<0.05).There were no severe complications after operation in two groups .All patients in two groups were followed up for 6 months.The patients in the endoscope group were satisfied with the cosmetic result of the operation . The operation scars of patients in the open operation group were naked ,which affected the cosmetic result of the operation . Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy via mammary areola approach has such advantages as less operation time,less bleeding during operation ,safe and reliable ,quickly postoperative recovery and ideal cosmetic results.关键词
