安舒环与 TCu220宫内节育器临床应用的对比研究
Clinical Application of Phil Anschutz Ring and TCu220 Intrauterine Device:A Comparative Study
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects between two intrauterine device ( IUD):Phil anschutz ring and TCu220 IUD.Methods A total of 800 reproductive women without contraindications were randomly assigned to two groups ,with 400 cases in each group .The research group was placed with Phil anschutz ring and the control group with TCu220 IUD.The application effect and adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups after 12-month follow-up.Results The incidence of adverse reactions including increased leucorrhea ,bleeding,lumber-abdominal pain and menorrhea as well as the rates of ring shift and falling in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .The continuation rate in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion Phil anschutz ring has the advantages of less adverse reaction ,lower rates of ring shift and falling ,higher continuation rate .关键词
