穴位埋线疗法对单纯性肥胖症伴糖耐量减低的影响
Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy on Simple Obesity Patients with Impaired Glucose Tolerance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on simple obesity patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT).Methods One hundred simple obesity patients with IGT were divided into groups A,B,with 50 cases in each group.Group A accepting exercise and diet therapy was given catgut implantation in Zhongwan,Xiawan,Guanyuan,Tianshu(double) and Daheng (double) as main points,the distribution points were selected according to traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type once a week ,and 8 weeks as a course of treatment . Group B took metformin hydrochloride of 250 mg,3 times per day for 8 weeks.The changes of body mass index (BMI), fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride (TG)were observe before and after treatment.Results BMI,FPG,2hPG,TC and TG decreased significantly in two groups after treatment (P<0.01).The decrease of BMI in group A was more than that in group B after treatment (P<0.01),but the decrease of FPG, 2hPG,TC and TG showed no significant difference between two groups ( P>0.05).The total effective rate in group A was 94.0%,in group B was 88.0%.The effect of group A was better than that of group B (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in glucose tolerance curative effect between two groups ( P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy has good clinical effects on simple obesity with IGT .关键词
