颅内血肿微创清除术联合依达拉奉治疗高血压性脑出血的 Meta分析
Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery Combined with Edaravone Therapy on Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage:A Meta-Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive hematoma evacuation combined with Edaravone therapy for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage .Methods A search was performed in databases of Medline , EMbase, Cochrane Library,CBM,Wanfang,Weipu,and CNKI Database.A data of randomized control tests(RCTs) on the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive hematoma evacuation plus Edaravone therapy were obtained.A Meta-analysis on the studies in accordance with inclusion criteria was conducted .Results Nine RCTs on the topic were evaluated .The result of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the combined therapy group of minimally invasive hematoma evacuation and Edaravone was higher than that of the minimally invasive surgery group ( P<0 .05 ) ,and the mortality was lower than that of the minimally invasive surgery group ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion The combined therapy of minimally invasive hematoma evacuation and Edaravone can improve the patients′curative effect and daily living as well as reduce mortality .关键词
