Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of Rta-IgG of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) patients.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was applied to detecting the level of serum Rta-IgG in 150 untreated patients with NPC and 150 healthy controls,respectively.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was applied to the data analysis .Results The positive numbers in 150 untreated patients with NPC and 150 controls were 134(89.3%) and 17,respectively.The sensitivity of the assay was 89.3%and the specificity was 88.6%.Conclusion The detection of serum Rat-IgG is clinically beneficial in the diagnosis of NPC .关键词
