磁共振灌注成像联合 ABCD2评分预测早期脑梗死风险的价值
Prognostic Value of Magnetic Resonance Perfusion Weight Imaging Combined with ABCD2 Score in Evaluating Risk of Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognostic value of magnetic resonance perfusion weight imaging ( MR-PWI) combined with ABCD2 score in evaluating the risk of cerebral infarction 7 days after the onset of a transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods MR-PWI and ABCD2 score were used in 113 TIA patients to analyze the relationship of MR-PWI test result and ABCD2 score with the incidence of cerebral infarction within 7 days after TIA.Results Thirty-six cases among 113 suffered cerebral infarction within 7 days after TIA onset,and the incidence of cerebral infarction was 31.86%. Of these 113 patients,the ABCD2 score indicated that 64 cases of low-risk,33 cases of moderate-risk and 16 cases of high-risk, respectively.The incidences of cerebral infarction within 7 days after TIA onset were 10.93%,51.52%and 75.00%in the low-, moderate-and high-risk groups,respectively,which presented as a trend of low-risk group<middle-risk group<high-risk group (P<0.05).The MR-PWI detection showed that the incidences of cerebral infarction were 16.44%and 60.00%in the normal group(73 cases) and abnormal group(40 cases) within 7 days after TIA onset,respectively.The incidence of normal group was significantly lower than that of abnormal group(P<0.05).Compared to the group of normal MR-PWI and ABCD2 score<4,the group of abnormal MR-PWI and ABCD2 score<4,the incidence of cerebral infarction in the group of abnormal MR-PWI and ABCD2 score≥4 group increased significantly ( P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of MR-PWI with ABCD2 score is valuable in predicting the risk of cerebral infarction after TIA .关键词
