Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Shuxuetong injection on the D-dimer and blood fibrinogen in patients with silicosis.Methods Sixty patients with silicosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received the conventional therapy.The patients in the treatment group were given Shuxuetong injection additionally.The treatment lasted for 14 days.The changes in clinical symptoms ,pulmonary ventilation function , D-dimmer and blood fibrinogen were observed after treatment in two groups .Results The total effective rate in the control group was 73 .3%, while in the treatment group was 83 .3%, the treatment group showed a better efficacy compared with control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary ventilation function in the treatment group improved significantly while the blood D-dimer and blood fibrinogen decreased significantly in contrast with those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can improve the blood state of high pour-point and high viscosity in patients with silicosis so as to relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the pulmonary ventilation function .关键词
