Abstract
Objective To establish the performance evaluation system and model of tuberculosis prevention and treatment ,which is suitable for the actual situation of Guangxi .Methods The prevention and treatment mechanism , including governmental organization and leadership ,various departments being responsible for theirselves and participation of the whole society , was combined with the performance indexes which could reflect the above mechanism .All of the investment of manpower ,finance and served population ,the technology indexes of critical matters and core output ,the important work deployment were synthetically considered to establish the index system , which was suitable for the actual situation of Guangxi .The comprehensive ranking of principal component method was adopted to the performance ranking .Results Thirteen indexes in the model were selected and 5 principal components were extracted from the model.The accumulative contribution rate was 87.509%.Conclusion The model of tuberculosis prevention and treatment can evaluate the work in different regions scientifically , and compare the strengths and weaknesses among different regions .关键词
