超声引导压迫修复法治疗医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤
Evaluation on Ultrasound-guided Compression Repair in Treatment of Iatrogenic Femoral Artery Pseudoaneurysm

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasound-guided compression repair(UGCR) in the treatment of iatrogenic femoral artery pseudoaneurysm(PSA).Methods The color Doppler ultrasound(CDU) images of 25 cases of femoral artery pseudoaneurysm following percutaneous coronary intervention were analyzed retrospectively .The patients with femoral artery PSA underwent UGCR following the orificium fistulae had been fixed their positions by CDU.Results Among 25 cases of iatrogenic femoral artery PSA ,21 succeed,the achievement ratio was 84.0%,the mean repair time was (28.80 ±9.71) minutes.The compression time was (6.23 ±2.20) minutes in the group of aneurysm neck presence,which was shorter than that [(8.68 ±2.10) minutes] in the group of aneurysm neck absence(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the compression time between the group of parietalthrombus presence and the group of parietalthrombus absence ( P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion UGCR has a higher achievement ratio in the treatment of iatrogenic femoral artery PSA.The patients with aneurysm neck presence have a shorter compression time compared with the patients with aneurysm neck absence .关键词
