3D高清腹腔镜成像系统在泌尿外科手术中的初步应用
Preliminary application of three-dimentional high-definition laparoscopic imaging system in urologic surgical procedures

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of three-dimentional(3D) high-definition(HD) laparoscopic imaging system applied to the urologic surgical procedures .Methods STORZ 3D HD laparoscopic imaging system was adopted to urologic surgical procedures in 14 cases.The data including operation duration ,blood loss,suture time and postoperative hospital stay were counted .Results Fourteen patients underwent the operation successfully .The main operation methods included radical nephrectomy ,simple nephrectomy ,resection of adrenal tumor ,transperitoneal resection of urethral stricture and reanastomosis ,ureterolithotomy and radical total cystectomy .The operation duration was 29-246(152.58 ±45.60)minutes.The intraoperative blood loss was 10-450(147.70 ±91.09)ml,1 case needed intraoperative blood transfusion.The postoperative hospital stay ranged from 6 to 15 days,average 8.5 days.No complications occurred ,no cases died from operation.Conclusion 3D HD laparoscopic imaging system provides a clear and three-dimensional operation field,accurate positioning, and excellent operative effect for urologic surgical procedures .It has a good application prospect .关键词
