Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of laparoscopic hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy on ovarian function and menopausal symptoms of perimenopausal women .Methods Eighty patients with benign uterine diseases were randomly divided into two groups.Forty cases in the observation group underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy ,while 40 cases in the control group underwent hysterectomy alone .The two groups were followed up for 12 months.The observation on the levels of serum estradiol (E2),follicule-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) before and 1,3,6,12 months after operation as well as the postoperative incidences of perimenopausal symptoms was performed in two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of E2,FSH and LH at each time point between two groups(P>0.05).The level of E2 decreased with the increasing time in two groups(P<0.05),while the levels of FSH,LH increased with the increasing time(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of perimenopausal symptoms 1,3,6,12 months after operation between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hysterectomy plus bilateral salpingectomy has similar influence on the ovarian function and perimenopausal symptoms of postmenopausal women with benign uterine diseases compared with hysterectomy alone.关键词
