Abstract
Objective To analyze the multi-sclice spiral CT(MSCT) images of pulmonary tuberculoma and peripheral lung cancer , and to evaluate the value of different features of MSCT in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculoma and peripheral lung cancer . Methods MSCT images of 34 cases of pulmonary tuberculomas and 47 cases of peripheral lung cancer were analyzed retrospectively .Their CT features were compared .Results Both peripheral lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculoma might occur at any lobe of the two lungs ,which showed no statistical difference in the lesion distribution between two groups (P>0.05).The calcification was more common in pulmonary tuberculoma group compared with peripheral lung cancer group (P<0.05).The proportions of bronchus sign,obvious enhancement sign, lobulation sign,vacuole sign,speculation sign and pleural indentation sign were significantly lower in pulmonary tuberculoma group compared with peripheral lung cancer group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportions of halo sign,satellite lesion sign,cavitation sign and the diameter of the lesions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive analysis on MSCT features of pulmonary tuberculoma and peripheral lung cancer might be valuable in the differential diagnosis of the two diseases .关键词
