Effect of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with pentazocine after cesarean section and its influence on breast feeding
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia( PCIA) with pentazocine after cesarean section and its influence on beast feeding.Methods One hundred and twenty parturient women underwent cesarean section were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was given PCIA with pentazocine after operation,while the control group was given PCIA with sauteralgyl after operation.A comparative analysis on the visual analogue scale(VAS) score,breast feeding and postpartum recovery of parturient women was performed in two groups.Results The observation group gained the lower VAS scores at all time-points,earlier date of the postoperative first breast feeding,more 24-hour breast feeding times,higher proportion of parturient women with rich milk,shorter anal exhaust time and shorter time for the first out-of-bed activity compared with control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the height of uterine fundus and vaginal bleeding of parturient women between two groups after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion PCIA with pentazocine has better effects on parturient women after cesarean section.It might contribute to the recovery of parturient women and breast feeding.关键词
