基于云模型的区域物流产业集群绩效评价
Performance Evaluation on Regional Logistics Industrial Cluster Based on a Cloud Model
摘要
Abstract
Logistics industrial cluster plays an important role in promoting logistics industry and regional e-conomy .And evaluating the performance of logistics industrial cluster and solving the problems encoun -tered in the development is the top priority of the current study .Applying a cloud model in industrial clus-ter performance evaluation can not only effectively realize the transformation between qualitative concepts and quantitative figures , but it also makes the evaluation results more accurate and intuitive .First, the re-lated concepts of cloud model are defined;second , the meaning of logistics industrial cluster performance is introduced and the performance evaluation system of regional logistics industrial cluster is established ;finally , the cloud model is used to evaluate the performance of regional logistics industrial cluster of Sheny -ang Economic Zone according to the specific evaluation procedures .The result shows that the performance of logistics industrial cluster in Shenyang Economic Zone ranks between the level of "General"and "Good".It should pay more attention to improving competitiveness and collaboration , and strengthening in-novation ability management .关键词
