通信运营商定制移动终端物流服务商选择研究
A Research on Logistics Service Provider Selection for Customized Mobile Terminals of Equipment in Telecom Operators
摘要
Abstract
To tackle the challenge of the telecom operator selecting logistics service provider for customized mobile terminals, an evaluation index system is built up with corresponding evaluation approach for logis-tics service providers based on company C's requirement of logistics for its customized mobile terminals . This evaluation approach is established by drawing upon analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) , principal com-ponents analysis ( PCA) and data envelopment analysis ( DEA) .The empirical result shows that this eval-uation system and approach can help the telecom operator to select suitable logistics service provider for its customized mobile terminals .关键词
