A Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Based on MACBETH Method and 2-Additive Choquet Integral

Abstract
Performance management poses daunting challenges to organizations in terms of meeting multi -dimensional goals .To assess the overall performance of the enterprise in multiple criteria and make effi-cient decisions , a three-dimensional performance evaluation system is constructed .The targets of value , risk and cost are divided into elementary parts by using Value Focused Thinking and each part is assessed quantitatively .MACBETH procedure allows to express commensurate elementary performances and the weights of criteria and then to aggregate the elementary performances .In order to take the criteria interac-tions into account , 2-additive Choquet Integral is added to MACBETH procedure in the aggregation process .The system , which considers the consistency of different criteria and reflects the global perform-ances in comprehensive ranges , effectively helps the enterprise to make decision in multiple criteria .关键词
