A Study of SMT Workshop Manufacturing Execution System Based on Smart Objects

Abstract
A smart-object-based manufacturing execution system for SMT workshop is proposed to realize real-time and fine management.By introducing radio frequency identification( RFID) technology and smart objects, a MES framework based on intelligent objects is given for SMT industry.Based on the introduction of the systematic deployment of RFID in the workshop, the data collection mode of the SMT shop floor is analyzed and the operation process of mistake-proofing while loading materials is described.Finally, an example of an electronic enterprise in Guangzhou illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the system proposed.关键词
