摘要

Abstract

In this paper, we research one of Brazil’s high-silicon powder 's sintering character by theexperiments in the sintering plot. The study found that this ore have low impurity content, except high SiO2(12.38%). In guarantee the quality of sinter ore chemical composition and other production index, this ore can be added to 6%~10%. In this case, appropriate mixture water and fuel ratio are similar to basic. The vertical sintering speed can reach more than 24.73mm/min and the tumble index is more than 71%, and the productivity is 1.73t/(m2•h).
