摘要

Abstract

SCADA system could increase productivity of industrial organization and safety of manufacturing process. It is widely used in smart grid, oil & gas, subway and other industrial control systems. As the development of networking, intelligent and opening SCADA system, the SCADA systems in China are trapped in the weak research capability, deficient secure methods, irregular test organization. Based on the analysis of foreign countermeasures of SCADA system weaknesses, advice includes releasing policies, prompting the capacity of home-made SCADA system, establishing national laboratories and formulating standards is proposed in this paper.
