Abstract
Patent operations are used for patent commercial application, such reflecting economic value in development of industry. As the world’s first large number of patent applications in China, the transit from quantity advantages of patent application to quality advantages of industrial development via patent operations has become public attention. In this article, the patent operations are analyzed in various aspects of patent cultivation, patent layout, patent trade, and patent investment and financing, etc. In addition, different patent operation mode has been investigated and the new format of such operation patent has detailed described from the aspect of constructing patent operations.关键词
