摘要
Abstract
Laser ultrasonic has great application prospect in nondestructive testing. The article mainly introduced the generation and detection of surface acoustic wave (SAW) on the samples. By the processing and analysis of SAW signal, We found that the signal characteristic : the ratio of transmission wave peak ① and reflection wave peak ② has corresponding relationship with the depth of the cracks on the sample. The corresponding relationship is helpful to detect the tiny crack on the sample.关键词
