摘要

Abstract

This paper studies the influence factors of floating population employment . I find that the individual characteristics of the floating population for employment have a significant impact . New generation of the floating population and the old of the floating population of the environment faced with the same income and employment . New generation migrant employment rate is relatively low , and the “mov-ing without workers” phenomenon appears . Cenozoic migrant employment expectations has changed compared with the old concepts in em-ployment .
