摘要

Abstract

This article empirically analyzes technical innovation efficiency of high -tech industry and its influencing factors based on SFA model with panel data of 2000~2011 . Then it studys the spatial spillover effects of government R&D expenditure to technical innova-tion . Research finds :technical innovation efficiency of high -tech industry declines and the regional disparity decreases ;government R&D expenditure and independent innovation tendency do not play obvious impacts to technical innovation efficiency , but region openness plays negative effects;the spatial spillover of government R&D expenditure from fiscal competition is stronger than that from knowledge spillover .
