基于DEA方法的我国高技术产业区域创新资源配置效率研究
The Allocative Efficiency of China's Regional High-tech Industry Based on the DEA Method

Abstract
Based on the existing research about innovation efficiency , the author builds regional innovation system and model of high-tech industry . Then combined with the statistical data and the DEA method , China's 29 regions of the high -tech industry innovation activities were evaluated and analyzed from the view of efficiency , effectiveness , and returns to scale . The results show that the integrated regional innovational efficiency of high -tech industry is low , and pure technical efficiency is a major factor of resulting in low efficiency ;in some areas the trend was increasing returns to scale , the reasons is that R&D funding and new product development funding is too lit-tle . Finally , appropriate policy recommendations are proposed to improve the efficiency .关键词
