Design on the System of Demand -side Innovation Policy for Strategic Emerging Industry
摘要
Abstract
The serious shortage of effective demand for the market is one of the bottlenecks , which restricts the rapid development of china's strategic emerging industry . How to design innovation policy from the demand side , effectively pulling effect to industry demand , promoting the rapid and healthy development of strategic emerging industries is the primary task , which needed to resolve urgently at this stage . In this paper , we analyzes the necessity of the demand of China's strategic emerging industries at the present stage of design innova-tion policy , based on the analysis of the development stage of China's strategic emerging industry , and designed a “four-layer , six-di-mension , eight-aspect” demand innovation policy system , from the state , the government , enterprises , public , according to the dif-ferent needs of the four levels of demanders , providing a framework to create a good policy environment for the development of strategic e-merging industries in China at the present stage .关键词
