大气环境、工业能源消费与工业结构优化--来自淮河流域38个地级市的经验证据
Atmospheric Environment, Industrial Energy Consumption and Industrial Structure Optimization--- The Empirical Evidence from the 38 Cities of Huaihe Valley
摘要
Abstract
By using the model of spatial panel data , this paper picks the 38 cities in Huaihe Valley as the object , using the soft-ware of Matlab2010b ,and makes use of the method of spatial economics and statistics to analyze the environmental and energy effects of time and space evolution regularity and characteristics of Huaihe Valley from 2000 to 2010 in - depth .The study revels that , in 2000 ~2010 , the emission of SO2 (which is the variable of atmospheric environment quality ) and energy consumption has significant agglomera-tion effects in Huaihe Valley .The empirical conclusions show that there is room for industrial improvement of the environmental elements u -tilization efficiency in Huaihe Valley .If it only depends on energy consumption as the main impetus to the development of economy ,and at the cost of the high consumption of energy ,this will bring a series of environmental problems and energy depletion problem .Therefore , transformation of industrial structure ,to develop green and clean energy industry ,and to realize intensive industrial economy will be the fu-ture developing direction of the industrial transformation of Huaihe Valley .关键词
