Industrial Structure Transform Ability Evaluation of the Western Region under the Constraint of Resources and Environment
摘要
Abstract
This paper infrastructures the evaluation index system of industrial structure transform ability under the constraint of re-sources and environment , and the improved entropy method is used to evaluate the industrial structure transform ability of China's western region . The results show that :the industrial structure transform ability of western regions are weak and their internal differences are signifi-cant;supply capacity , the resource environmental bear capacity and ability of demand are the main factors influencing the industrial struc-ture transfer ability of western regions , but the ability of technology innovation and industry policy adjustment is not obvious ;resources and environment has become the common bottleneck of western provinces to transform the industrial structure , and the impact of other aspects are not the same in different provinces . At last , in connection with results of the evaluation , some countermeasures is put forward to im-prove the industrial structure transform ability of the western region under the constraint of resources and environment .关键词
