Study of the Evolution Mechanism of Three Networks Convergence Based on Symbiosis Theory
摘要
Abstract
China's three networks convergence entered a substantive stage in 2010 , associated with which technical issues , interests and regulatory issues are concerned . How to promote the development of three networks convergence has becoming the focus of the commu-nity discussion . Based on the integration and development of telecommunication industry , broadcasting industry and internet industry , symbiotic theory as the theoretical foundation , the paper tries to use the evolutionary game model to analyze and study the evolution mecha-nism of three networks convergence . The results show that in three networks convergence , the fused enterprises play a demonstration effect , incentives and regulatory policies play a promoting role in three networks convergence , symbiotic system presents a modular trend , and the ecosystem is open and dynamic . To promote the evolution of three networks convergence ,“top-level design” is urgent , regulatory poli-cies is required targeted .关键词
