投入结构对我国科技产出的效应分析
The Effect Andlysis of Input Structure on Production Function of Science and Technolagy

Abstract
The output of science and technology has been affected by the quantity of input capital and research staff ,Which is also impacted by input structure .By collecting data of output , input and structure of science and technology from 1995 to 2012 , production function has been applied to analyze the effect of input structure on output scale and factor efficiency .Findings show that the rise of expen-diture proportion of research and development , experimental development , enterprise research and development , and proportion of re-search staff in higher school etc affect output scale positively ,while the increase in the expenditure proportion of applied research ,public science and technology , research in higher schools and proportion of research institutes' staffs have made negative impact on output scale . There is obvious substitutional relation between capital and research staff , the rise of expenditure proportion of research and development , foundational research , research institutes , enterprise research and development , and proportion of experimental development , enterprise research staff impact on the efficiency of staff positively ,and on the efficiency of capital negatively .Finally , it has simulated the effect of structure adjustment on the output of science and technology .关键词
