我国环境规制对制造业FDI影响的地区差异研究
Research on the Regional Difference in Effect of China's Envi ronmental Regulation on Manufacturing FDI

Abstract
〔Abstract〕 Based on the research results of environmental regulation and FDI at home and abroad , the panel data models of the en-vironmental regulation's effect on manufacturing FDI were established . In these models , manufacturing FDI was used as the explained vari-ables , environmental regulation was used as explanatory variable , and level of economic development and industrialization together with the labor cost of manufacture were used as control variables . Furthermore , the empirical study was conducted with 2004~2012 panel data from 29 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions ) . The results show that the effect of environmental regulation on manufacturing FDI was notable in 17 regions without considering the three control variables , and 13 of them perform negative effect . But when the control variables were considered , the effect of environmental regulation on manufacturing FDI was notable only in 7 regions , and 4 of them show positive effect . The impact of environmental regulation on manufacturing FDI was unremarkable in other 22 regions .关键词
