Agglomeration Economies, Innovation Spillovers and Regional Innovation Performance
摘要
Abstract
The dominant factors driving economic growth change from the traditional labor and capital accumulation to the number and degree of network of the innovation factors . From the source , the regional innovation comes from the independent innovation and the innovation spillovers between regions . The endowment of regional innovation factors affects the ability of regional independent innovation . The agglomeration economies directly affect the capability and level of gathering elements of regional innovation system through the spatial externality . At the same time , the spatial dependent formed in the process of economic development produces the innovation spillovers be-tween regions . During the process of opening up , the international innovation spillovers generate . The empirical results show that the ag-glomeration economies and innovation spillovers all have a significant impact on the regional innovation performance . Therefore , by strengthening the economic effects of agglomeration , building an open innovation environment , improving the absorption capacity to take advantage of innovation spillovers and promoting the integration of enterprise value network , and regional innovation network can reduce the transaction costs and improve the regional innovation performance .关键词
