摘要

Abstract

Based on the analysis of China's major industrial provinces industrial water status , selection of stochastic frontier produc-tion function model , using the panel data of 13 main industrial provinces during 1999-2013 , this paper calculates the annual industrial water efficiency value , through comparison method to calculate the quota of industrial water -saving potential , and through the system clustering method to the 13 main industrial provinces division for the 3 types of water saving potential analysis . The analysis results show that:the main industrial provinces of industrial water use efficiency were not reached 1 , that every province has water saving space and great water-saving potential;with the continuous improvement of the efficiency of industrial water , industrial water saving potential in the provinces of year shows substantially decreasing trend;the provinces industrial water efficiency differences also exist , and the potential of water saving differences are among them;industrial water saving potential in Jiangsu and Hubei , Shanghai , Fujian is larger , while Hei-longjiang , Guangdong , and other provinces industrial water-saving potential is lower .
