基于空间面板 STIRPAT 模型的省域碳排放研究
Study of Provincial Carbon Emissions Based on the Spatial Panel STIRPAT Model

Abstract
Based on spatial panel STIRPAT model to evaluate the effects of national provincial per capita carbon emission factors during the period of 1996 -2010 , we find that provincial carbon emissions has significant positive spatial agglomeration effect , and per capita output , foreign trade , energy intensity , energy structure has a positive effect on carbon emissions per capita , and the density of population , city rate , industrial structure show more inhibitory role of carbon emissions . Thus recommends:strengthening the regional mechanism for joint prevention and control work for prevention and control of atmospheric pollution;promoting the industrialization and the urbanization;adjusting the energy structure and industry structure , sustainable green low carbon development road;optimizing the struc-ture of foreign trade;promoting the “going out” strategy .关键词
