Abstract
Innovation is the key to organization's survival , and high -tech companies focus on knowledge sharing to fully derive business value from fostering innovation . We develop a research model based on organizational culture , knowledge sharing and innovation performance to examine organizational culture in technology R&D teams . And the research model summarizes organizational culture charac-teristics as openness , automaticity , involvement , consistency , mission and adaptability . This paper reports an empirical analysis on inno-vation performance-knowledge sharing based on PLS-SEM , disclosing the mediating role of organizational culture . Our results generally support the hypothesized relationships . A key result is that knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovation performance , and the six organizational culture characteristics have positive effect on innovation performance , and partially playing mediating role between knowledge sharing and innovation performance .关键词
