区域创新系统下的产业路径演化分析
The Analysis of Regional Industrial Path Development in Different Regional Innovation Systems

Abstract
The notion of path dependent regional industrial development explains the persistence of region-specific industrial devel-opment , but not further to explore conceptually how various types of regions can renew themselves by moving beyond existing paths . The evolution economic geography opens up the path dependency thinking by focusing on path plasticity which includes path extension , renewal and creation . However , the evolutionary framework has a rather poorly developed view of how policy intervention and institutions can work actively in favor of regional development in terms of path extension , renewal and new path creation . The paper extends the mainly micro-level and firm-based views of evolutionary economic geography with an institutional perspective , offered by the regional innovation system (RIS) concept . It distinguishes between different types of RISs: ⅰ ) organisationally thick & diversified RISs , ⅱ ) organisationally thick&specialised RISs , and ⅲ) organisationally thin RISs . The paper analyses the relation between these RIS types and forms of re-gional industrial path development in a conceptual way , and also discusses adequate policy approaches for the various types of regions .关键词
