公共科技投入对企业技术创新的影响--来自大中型工业企业的实证研究
The Influence of Public Science and Technology Input on Enterprise Technology Innovation---An Empirical Study Base on Large and Medium -sized Industrial Enterprises

Abstract
Uses panel data of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2012 , this paper empirically analyzes the influence input of public science and technology on enterprise technology innovation . The result shows that , government's public science and technology input has positive influence on enterprise technology innovation . At the same time , the results also show that the science and technology activities expenditures of enterprises accelerate technology innovation significantly , and the degree of influence is higher than the influence of public science and technology input on enterprise technology innovation ;the enterprises having science and technology activities have significant positive effects to technology innovation . Therefore , the government should improve the share of public science and technology input in the fiscal expenditure , through public science and technology input to guide enterprises to increase the investment of technological innovation ;at the same time , the government should play a vectoring function of organization and coordination in enterprise science and technology talent configuration and technology introduction .关键词
